The Place I Remember
A publication and series of mono-screen prints developed through memory, perception and landscape.
About the project
Inspired by the landscapes of the West of Ireland, this body of work considers how a place is remembered and how memory can change the way we see familiar surroundings.
Built from drawings, observed landscapes and personal reference photographs, the prints explore layering, texture and colour through the mono-screen printing process.
The series formed the basis of an A3 publication exhibited at the 2026 Manchester School of Art Degree Show.
